6:45 alyssa hears micheal getting ready and turns the light on...wakes me up
7:15 tell aj to get boys up so we can go to garage sales (michael went to mtg.)
7:20 out the door driving around looking at garage sales...chat with candida on the cell b/c she is in another neighborhood and we are scouting for each other
8:20 head home....kids got a beanie baby....candida bartered for an ottoman for me (the lady didn't like my low offer)
8:30 home, get ready, michael home, natalie and fam arrives
8:40 leave and candida drives up with my ottoman, shows off her new road bike she found
8:45 nat and family picts in greenbelt by my house
9:30 back to an empty home, michael took kids with frank and jacob to see Super Why at library
10 make pumpkin cookies in teh silence of my home....watch a little ugly betty, shower
11 cherilyn's baby shower...chat, mingle, eat
1 leave and lament to emily that our husbands and kids are having fun without us:(
1:15 arrive home and get to hear the kids excitement, and I'm ok...not as sad anymore
1:30 i put in halloween sounds cd i got last night and boogie with alyssa and matthew while tyler timidly watches with a smile
2 michael heads out on a bike ride, i upload nat's picts, and kids parade in their new superwhy masks...watch superwhy (tylers first time)
4 take a drive with alyssa (so she'd fall asleep) to get a candy corn candle from a Salt City distributor on the other side of town
5 home, dinner, get ready for broadcast
6:30 candida pick me up, General Relief Society Broadcast at church
8:30 its over, candida, heidi and i go to j. nicholas wedding reception
9:30 home early to my husbands surprise...i didn't go out to eat as I had planned... candida comes in to chat for a bit and then leaves
10 alyssa late to bed (m and kids were playing games at a friends while i was gone)

7 breakfast, ready for school

3:30 doorbell....painting lady come to give estimates....within 1 minute, the doorbell rang twice (UPS and kids home from helping) and home phone and cell phone rang
4 hand off prints to customer...michael and boys swim while alyssa sleeps on couch
5:15 fam heads out to gattiland pizza night
6:15 dollar store raid...bday party gift
7 party for little Parker turning 2...chat with Becca, Heidi
9 home....I head out to Target for wedding gift/baby gift for gatherings tomorrow
10:25 run into HEB for a few items
10:30 watch the Office while sorting through past few days purchases to see if i really want to keep it all

10:15 get jogging clothes on....matthew and i jog to tylers school pushing alyssa
11 surprise tyler at lunch....a little sweaty, but its ok...love that look on his face!

2 natalie arrives from dallas area with her 2 littles one (high school and beyond bff)
2:50 leave to get tyler....try to hurry, but chat with stacey about reflections and meredith about switchplates
3:15 back home...play with natalie and kids play

7:30 kids all in bed....natalie and i BAIL!

wednesday

6:40 up to read scriptures....alyssa following michael around as he gets ready for work
7 boys up...pack lunch, sign forms i should have done yesterday
7:25 out the door....love that tyler boy
7:40 back home, i run on tread mill while alyssa watches pbs and matthew plays in his room
8:30 stretch, shower, get dressed
9:05 leave 10 min. late
9:10 matthew goes to beans' for busy bee preschool
9:30 a.j. and i go to pay for t/m's bday party and get info packet
10:50 arrive at car adjuster place to let me know how much it will cost for scrapes on my van...aj and i play trains inside and take advantage of the shops free bottled water and snack counter:)
10:50 head out...run to Garden Ridge to look at Halloween stuff and buy 5x7 and 4x6 white frames
11:38 run into Hobby Lobby and get a few fall decor items
12 speed to get matthew
12:10 arrive and beans' and chat with stace and jackie
12:30 aj asleep, matthew eats fishies while watching "super why" new pbs show, i'm paying bills, and taking picts of my new painted room

Tuesday

7:30 drop tyler off...he forgot his backpack
7:40 home to get his backpack
7:50 back to school....sign in....drop off backpack....wander school to find meeting I was supposed to attend at 7:45
8:10 am found the room with the other moms...meeting on Germany for our schools International Childrens Day in a few weeks....I'll be giving presentations on Germany
8:45 leave...dressed in gym clothes...as I drive to the gym, Alyssa is hysterical and says she doesn't want to go and matthew agrees...I don't try it...I"m secretly glad b/c i have a mild headache from staying up until 1am to paint
9:30 emily m. calls to see if I can watch her kids
10:45 her kids come over
11 little computer time
12 wendy over to borrow photography stuff for her 1st wedding on sat. chat in my dishevled front entry way b/c furniture in middle of room front painting
12:15 emily back, introduce her to wendy.....wendy leaves
12:30 chat with emily....doorbell rings....jeff and fiance delivering their wedding invite and drop off baby gift for cherilyn's shower (saturday, i'm helping with gifts)
12:45 on driveway with screaming alyssa (she's mad b/c jacob wanted some of the cereal that she had clutched in her hands) say good bye to emily+ company as well as jeff as I walk into house with hysterical a.j.
1pm my head hurst really bad now...find medicine, turn on Wonder Pets for kids
1:30 get some food, take medicine, read magazine on my bed...Michael calls, brief chat
2:15pm I feel much better
2:30 alyssa is starting to fall asleep on the couch, put her in carseat to go get tyler

3:10 home....homework with tyler, i start to paint the 2nd coat in living room, boys watch
5:30 michael home and he takes over painting (i'm so happy b/c what he does in 20 minutes takes me an hour)

8:50 shower, hair in piggy knots
9:05 am head out to H*me D*pot....get paint, meet a nice painter lady who gave me tips
9:50 leave HD, head to consignment store to collect my $8 from a toy i sold last week
10 Lowes to get light switch plates and halloween mags

3:30-5pm tyler and matthew help me begin painting our living room....they loved it and i tried to be patient:) i stink at painting and i am annoyed that i am not better at having a steady hand....paint in cracks by ceiling...can i say, crown moulding?
5:15 heat up leftover dinner
5:45 michael home, eat dinner
6 family home evening, mentos/soda experiment....needed a diet soda, watch the presentation online
6:45 michael reads boys Narnia behind me while i type this....alyssa roaming around with her baby pony (it is so dirty and not washable b/c it has batteries)
8 Michael goes to swim, alyssa plays trains while i paint living room...she stays away amazingly well (i tell her if she gets too close, she goes to bed)
9 michael home, i'm still painting, he takes alyssa to HEB to get milk and return DVD
9:30 michael takes alyssa to bed....Linda calls and we tune into the Bachelor together and laugh at the silly girls on there
10 hang up with linda, back to painting...michael helps with trim
11 michael goes to bed...i keep painting
12:30 i think i'm done with the first coat

9-4:30 workshops and lunch and snack.....too much to share
5 head home....dad fixed my car, took the kids to the park for 3 hours, and they were all in one piece!
6pm stop by marissa's for cd of picts
6:15pm begin the drive back to home....stop at taco bell....chat with michael on the phone while kids sleep
9:45 arrive home
10 finish Wild Hogs movie with michael

1:30 headed out....someone backs out of a parking spot and doesn't see me....scrapes up my car (my first "fender bender") exchange info, etc.

3pm arrive in Houston at mom's...kids are so excited

1-2:30 matthew plays in his room, alyssa and i wander in and out...
2:45 alyssa falls asleep on the floor, i have to scoop her up, buckle in car, she stays asleep

5am wake up to a noise and realize Michael is gone...peek out int he family room and see him on the couch watching tv--tooth ache
6:30 am alyssa comes into our room, i didn't fall asleep very well after 5am waking. I get her milk and she lays on the floor...michael is there again...i realize my alarm is about to go off (6:41 am) so I turn it off....sneak out of bed so a.j. doesn't notice me....luckily i laid everything out the night before b/c the light would alert her
6:50 am pack stuff (pre-gathered) in Michaels car
6:58 am drive off
7:08 am arrive at Candida's house to pick her up for theQuints session
7:22 am arrive at Walgreens, I need to go to the bathroom and buy gum
7:31 am arrive at Quints house...unload car...meet the family, get set up
7:40-11:40 am take Quints pictures...individuals....all babies....big family....so much fun and so joyful
12 Candida and I stop at h*me d*pot so she can get tree trimmers
12:20 home and tell michael and the kids all about it....scream excitedly (per their request) at the clean home that they cleaned while i was away
12:40 pm Heather and 5 kids come over to hang out...Michael naps....she helps me organize alyssa's room
2pm Heather leaves....kids play legos while Michael still sleeps (in our closet b/c less noise) and I upload quints picts
2:30 a little computer time, boys play star wars video game...alyssa plays and takes turns standing in front of the boys to make them scream and climbing on my lap
3:15 pm Michael wakes up and looks like a mac truck hit him
3:45 I decide to serve my hubby and do what I have NEVER done before: mow the lawn!
4:30pm Michael calls me in for dinner (he made pancakes) and Ifinish up the lawn
4:45 pm we head out (after i showered) and drop off something at jenny m.'s house
5:15pm arrive at Pump It Up, a jumpy place for Melanie V.'s bday party...kids LOVE it, have fun playing as a family in jumpy houses/slides
6:30 eat (too many) chips and dip at party...open gifts
7pm head home...alyssa falls asleep on the way home (yay!)
7:15 pm drop off michael and alyssa, boys head out again with me
7:40pm arrive at dyches home to put together our pre-ordered 72 hour kits...boys help me and i explain the uses for odds and ends they'd never seen (shake an ice pack and it turns cold--magic ice)
8:30 boys get ready for bed....michael and i relax at home
9:40 pm early to bed, both exhausted

Friday

7:30 school
7:45 head to HEB grocery....rent DVD for nighttime, buy celery, cucumber, bananas, bread
8:30 head to Target...return a few items, kids play in toys, get baby gift for shower next week (becca) Gift for bday party for boys tomorrow...run into their new fall clothes....purchase some:)
9:30 Clair calls as I'm checking out at Target to see if we want to go to the park, i tell her I'll meet her there
9:50 am arrive at park...change a pooopy diaper...chat with clair
10:30 Michele calls and I tell her to join us at the park...Jackson and Matthew have fun playing while Clair, Michele, and I chat
11:45 am head home after a long play at the park...feed sicky pregnant Michele blueberries and yogurt and she kept it down--yay!
12 Michele and I chat on my couches while the kids play...boys don't want alyssa, but she wants to play with them so I encourage them to let her in
2:30 wow how time flies....Michele leaves to get her kids at school while I get ready to get tyler at school
2:50 pm i am backing out and see out of the corner of my eye another car pull in next to me on my driveway--it is michael! I switch cars with him and send him to get tyler with M and A while I take his car to emily's to pick up baby onesies
3pm arrive at emilys--her mom made cute onesies with quints names on them
3:20pm back home....alyssa is asleep, michael and boys get ready to go to the pool (new friday ritual) I get stuff ready for my QUINTS shoot in the morning and a little computer time
4:40 everyone back and we get dressed
5pm kids dropped off at Shaws house to be babysat so we can have a date
5:30 pm Michael and I arrive at the Cheesecake Factory and get immediately sat:) we enjoy a yummy dinner and nice uninterrupted quiet time
6:45 after I could only eat 25% of my meal (i put half of it in the container before I even started) we leave
7pm arrive at Joann Fabric...found cool soft black fur material for Quints session
7:30 pm arrive at shaws...chat for a bit and grab the kids to go home
8pm boys are in bed...alyssa is not
8:30 pm Michael and I begin our DVD, Mr. & Mrs. Smith...its was okay, kinda funny actually and also split a slice of lemon raspberry cheesecake that we brought home
9:15pm pause movie for alyssa to go to bed
11pm movie over, head to bed

9am find out my kickbox instructor is sick (i'm secretly happy) so I do treadmill, eliptical and machines while watching Regis & Kelly!

11 elementary for tyler's lunch....the kids request i play the name game
11:30 head home

5:15 michael calls and i tell him to go to dentist for his pick up
5:30 kids and i eat dinner without him:( I read tylers library books to the kids

7:30 bedtime...but they play with water in the bathroom--not happy

8:05 wake up...I know Michael came in to tell me he was taking tyler to school, but I didn't really wake up...its helpful that he takes tyler, but it kinda throws me off...I didn't even see tyler this morning

8:50 sign kids into the play area at the gym...they are excited, I ask the child care lady not to have the tv on the whole time
9:05-10:30 kick box class...i wasn't feelin' it today...i wish it was only an hour, i may leave at the hour mark in the future
11 HEB grocery story with matthew and alyssa...alyssa wears her princess high heels, matthew pushes the cart for me...
12 home, lunch, computer time

2:30 bank and pick up tyler
3 home....alyssa fell asleep, boys play, kj cleans and plans dinner...vanilla yogurt, blueberries/strawberries
4pm Oprah season premeire, not too interesting
5 briefly fall asleep on the couch
5:30 play on driveway while Michael runs, boys run with michael in the rain
6 dinner: scrambled eggs & sausage...practice article of faith for FHE
6:30 head to the school for Open House, tyler shows us around his classroom
7:40 head home....scripture, jammies, prayer, teeth
8 boys in room playing, alyssa plays on couch...kj computer time, michael rests on couch

8:21 am Michael leaves for meetings...I am still in bed....I love sleeping in
8:30 am I get up and head to my bathroom and see tyler quietly sitting on the throne, I didn't even know he snuck in:)
9 chocolate opti-meal organize my bedroom with alyssa as my shadow...boys playing train tracks
10 a.m. send a few emails...Primary calls....find subs for teachers...half a slice of pepp. pizza
11 get dressed, michael home
12 I leave to go pick up stuff at a teachers house, Nicole calls from L.A. we chat for 45 minutes chocolate opti meal and half pb&h
1pm church starts....Michael and kids got a good bench:)
2:25 pm conduct primary...
4pm church is over, get the kids from classes, meet michael in the hall..I take them home while he does a few things at church
4:30 start making mexican tacos for dinner while michael does lego's with kids...i get hot oild spraying on me
5:15 eat dinner (tacos, guacamole)...talk about what the kids learned in their sunday school classes
6pm tyler, matthew, and I head out to take some pictures.. trian tracks, hook 'em horns, waterfall...they tell me that they are actually having fun taking picts, yay!
7:30 pm we pull into our street and see michael and alyssa on a walk...i hoped she would be sleeping b/c she had no nap...happy to see they had fun bonding, as I did with the boys
8pm after scripture, prayer, teeth, i sit in alyssa's room for 5 min. until she falls asleep...
8:30 Connie comes over to pick up some church stuff and we chat on my driveway for 20 min.
8:50 pm pull up the picts I took of the boys on the computer
9pm print outline and activity for teaching Bee School tomorrow

7:52 am wake up...I heard teh boys about 40 minutes earlier get up and start playing...michael, alyssa, and I continued to sleep in our room (aj on floor)
8:10 am michael makes pancake jamboree with boys...I shower and get ready
9am i head to molina's to get drink
9:15 am arrive at church...get ready for activity
10am Primary Activity Starts...a Missionary Training
4 classes: sewing on a button, cooking pizza, learning about France & Japan and saying "I am a Child of God" in those languages...Michael taught about France...kids were in a Jr. /Sr. companionship...I conducted....bell ringer....
11:30 kids wrote their testimony about the Savior/gospel on a card and we attached them to a ballon
12 noon balloon release (i'll post picts soon) eat pizza's
12:15 clean up.....
12:30 leave, take balloons to little Aubrey in our Primary group who broke both arms
1pm home....relax for a few, wrap present for tyler's party
2pm take tyler to swim party...worry if I should leave him...he said he was ok, so I left
2:30 pm I get Alyssa at home and take her with me...Matthew and Daddy have a special outing at the pool, A.J. and I go to Target
2:50 Target returns,payless tennis shoes for matthew, return to payless b/c i found better at Target
3:45 A.J. and I eat a ding dong in the car, she falls asleep with a chocolate beard
4pm pick up tyler at party, i'm so happy he didn't drown
4:15 home michael streching (pre-planned) he leaves for a bike ride....alyssa sleeps, matthew is sad tyler has a cool party favor, boys play, me on computer...church news, read about Quintuplets in Austin, send them an email that I'll do free pictures
5:30 michael home, after shower, we head out
6 pm Saucedo home for birthday party and dinner....a fun Mexican celebration....other friends there...dance, chit chat, eat
8pm we head out, stop at HEB to rent Deja Vu per request from the lady behind me in the machine rental line
9:30 pm in the middle of our movie, I get a call from a client
11pm movie over--it was tense, but a good one...happy ending, just like I like

Friday

6:51 am alarm...push snooze
7am get up, wake up Tyler
breakfast, make lunch
7:30 out the door
7:45 am stacey's house for Reflections meeting (school PTA stuff)
8:55 home...watch Stacey's kids Mason & Lauren while she goes to Dr.

11 am Tylers school for lunch....i've almost got the entire class memorized...tyler loves when we come and his teacher assistant miss julie tells me he is such a sweet, great student...and helps guide him what they did that way to inform me

12 Michele comes over to hang out on my couch....fun chatting time...lunch...show her computer stuff
2:30 Michael home, Michele leaves to get her kids at school, Michael gets Tyler
3:30 we get ready to go to pool as a family...Linda calls with bad news
4pm we go to the pool, my heart hurts and my mind is heavy....Rich has stage 4 brain cancer
5pm home from school...make some calls to Chrissta, Candida, Michele, Cynthia, Linda
6 Dominoes pizza for diner--yum yum!

Thursday

Michael takes Tyler to school and I get to sleep in
8:20 am wake up and realize I gotta get ready fast
8:40 am matthew, alyssa, and I head out the door to community center
9:05 am my kickboxing class starts, kids are happy inthe playroom
GET MY BUTT KICKED in class....Tracey and Trish in the class with me (friends from church)
10:40 kids and I walk to the car and the instructor says she appreciates me working hard and "sticking it out" I express my shagrin, but she said she saw an improvement (is she just saying that?)
11 stop by a consignment store to sell large mega block, but they won't take them without the original box
11:15 am HEB grocery store for a few things...run into Candida for the 2nd day in a row
11:30 we find new star wars guys and matthew is dancing around the grocery store singing the tune of the star wars theme while raising the box in the air....this goes on for 20 minutes with people smiling at him...he is red and winded by the time we check out--love to see this kind of excitement!
12 noon home....lunch....matthew helps me clean my closet to earn 1 of his star wars guys....we work hard for a good solid hour (my closet has issues)
1 computer time...kids play
2:30 go get tyler...park and walk in
3 quickly clean kitchen and heavily request boys help in family room
3:15 am primary presidency meeting begins as my house....it was crazy and hectic and stressful...alyssa isn't feeling well and fell asleep on my shoulder....tyler was emotional and tired and let it out....and the noise factor was evident.
5:15 mtg. over michael gets home
6:15 Jessica picks me up for Enrichment
6:30 begin 1 mile walk (5 laps) around the church...
7:15 pm Nutrition class for enrichment begins taught by Jeanette...very informative and just what I needed! Fun chatting with friends....Karen and I laugh about callings and diff. organizations....fun stuff
9:30 pm Jess takes me home
10 Msd calls CW for legal advice, i'm tapping away

Wednesday

7:10 a.m. Michael wakes me to tell me the boys are getting ready...the power went out so my alarm didn't go off
7:25 am head to school, tyler gets a granola bar on the way
7:45 home again...chocolate optimeal i get ready to jog
8:15 matthew, alyssa, and i play with the beanie babies and have them act out parts to "hey diddle diddle"
8:40 am kids in jogging stroller, we jog to Jackie's house where matthew starts his first day of bee school...alyssa and i jog home--much lighter stroller!
9:20 get home...shower...a little bit of Faith Hill on Ellen (call natalie to tell her to tune in)
10:10 am alyssa and I head out, string cheese/kashi granola bar (half)
try to sell something at 2 diff. consignment stores and they are both closed.
10:30 am Target--ooh dangerous $1 section...I found too many cool things...got a new exercise outfit to try on at home...alyssa wants to find the babies in the store (toy section)
11:15 am time to kill, so I go for the first time to Kaleiescope Toys...fun store, I found a cool magnetic frame for alyssa's room..spell out her name and other cute tiles for it
11:50 am need to leave the toy store, but I run into my dear friend Candida, how random!
12 noon head out to pick up matthew
12:08 pm 8 minutes late, but Jackie didn't care...chat with she and chrissta about scheduling/teaching schedule
12:45 home again...lunch for kids, talk to emily & stacey on phone about afternoon playing...chat online with Linda
1:30 pm eat vanilla yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries YUM YUM!
1:45 Trish calls about kickboxing class tomorrow
2:40 leave to get tyler
3 Stacy & Nathan & Julia come to play
3:30 Emily brings Jacob & Grace over while she goes to chiro
5pm everyone leaves

5:30 i leave to take old paint cans to be recycled
5:50 dinner--leftover spaghetti
6:30 heather comes over and after hearing me complain about my kitchen floor, insists on mopping it for me
7:15 scriptures, prayer
7:20 michael leaves for meeting
7:25 boys to bed, walk alyssa to her room...she falls asleep in 5 min. b/c she didn't have a nap
7:40 heather helps me organize my bathroom (michael will be so happy not to have my jewelry on the counter)

Tuesday

6:51 a.m. wake to alarm that is on the floor entangled in sleeping alyssa
6:55 a.m. wake tyler who is a bit wet, instruct him to get to the shower
7:05 a.m. tyler is happy, but matthew happily comes out ready for breakfast
7:20 a.m. micheal leaves
7:25 a.m. we leave to take tyler to school...he got happier:)
7:40 a.m. home for a few minutes...chocolate opti-meal
8:30 a.m. leave to the community center...join
8:45 a.m. successfully admit matthew and alyssa to the childcare...they are playing Diego, so both love it instantly
9:05 a.m. kickboxing class starts...kicks my butt....lots of water
10:30 a.m. its over...talk to teacher about form
10:40 a.m. pick up happy kids that don't want to leave b/c backyardigans is on...alyssa has to part with her new "babies"
10:55 a.m. home, shower, string cheese
11:15 a.m. read books to matthew and alyssa on couch
11:40 a.m. copy picts on DVD so I can erase them on my CF card
12 go to my friend Meredith's house chat, kids play, take picts of her 11 day old baby, Liam
2:40 pm we quickly part to go get our first graders
3 pm we drive to recycle center to drop off old paint but find they only take them once a month...luckily that day is tomorrow (a 2 hour window) hope I can make that
3:30 alyssa falls asleep...boys play toys in their room...i break my no computer rule b/c i had not computer time in the morning
5pm get dinner ready...pasta/tomoato sauce/peas/garlic toast
5:45 michael gets home a tad late (lucky for him, he called), we eat
6:15 bath time for kids...i am so tired from my morning workout
7 after scripture, prayer, jammies, boys back to their room, sissa lays on the couch
8 michael bikes in our living room while i tap away on the computer next to him, we watch House
9 alyssa goes to bed (i sit in her room for 5 minutes in the dark until she falls asleep)
10 computer off, go to bed

Monday--Labor Day

8:20 a.m. I got to REALLY sleep in today! Michael went swimming before we all woke up and he got home, then the boys woke up...
8:52 a.m. I head out for a morning jog
9:20 a.m. home again...shower...get dressed
9:45 a.m. strawberry opti-meal
10: 15 a.m. Michael takes boys to Home Depot while I take Alyssa out with me.
10:35 a.m. first stop..Walgreens to get paper CD cases
10:45 am. second stop...Candida's house to give them CD's the family cheers for me as I walk in and i get a bit embarressed. They look at their images ona laptop while i stand there (i always have a hard time with this)
11:15 a.m. leave to go to HEB, Candida is behind me with her sister and baby
11:30 alyssa and i arrive at our 3rd stop and shop for Labor Day treats
12:30 p.m. we get home and boys are already home cleaning the garage (string cheese, cream cheese cupcake)
12:25 p.m. i being making the 2 salads for our BBQ tonight
1:30 computer time, salads, help with garage
2:20 pm. boys did a great job on garage, family watches Curious George the movie (optimeal)
4 p.m. michael jogs, movie plays, I do photoshop stuff, alyssa falls asleep (handful of cashews)
5 p.m. we pack up the salads and head to emily/frank's house for BBQ...grill just before the rain starts to pour down...kids play, we eat, etc. (hamburger, few chips, salad)
7:15 p.m. leave to get kids home to bed
7:30p.m. i run the last movie back to heb, call cynthia
8:15 boys in bed, alyssa wants to "lay down the couch" we let her for a few minutes...michael takes her back
8:34 p.m. ahhh quiet
9 work on kirk's wedding picts
10 big headache...go to bed

Sunday

7:40 a.m. wake to Matthew quietly playing with alyssa...both laying on the floor next to my bed
7:55 a.m. the noise of michaels razor is too awful, i must get out of bed
8:23 a.m. Michael leaves for morning meetings, kids get breakfast
8:27 a.m. read email from my friend, Marianne, whose husband just had brain biopsy, we sent a package to her kids and they got it:)
9-11:30 kids play trains, we read books, bath kids, get dressed for church, finish preparing my sharing time lesson
12 Michael gets home...we are all dressed just chilling for a good 30 minutes until i decide its time to go to church and get there early
12:50 p.m. arrive to a nearly empty chapel, we get the pick of the benches
1p.m. church begins I share my testimony in our meeting...my gratitude and joy at my brothers temple sealing...all of my family there, and reflecting on the talk by Elder Faust that I saw quoted in the Church News..it really struck a chord with me
2p.m. Elder Monte Brough of the 1st Quorum of the 70 visiting our ward speaks to us
2:15 pm. I was asked to give the closing prayer
2:20 pm. Primary begins...so does the chaos:)
2:45 p.m. I give my Sharing Time lesson on Service and the Good Samaritan
3:45 pm. I give the same lesson to the Sr. Primary
4:20 leave church frazzled and tired (fasting today)
4:45 p.m.strawberries, blueberries, vanilla yogurt....oh so yummy!
5pm Imake chocolate cream cheese cupcakes
5:30 p.m. michael and i lay on the floor next to our children happily playing with trains on the train track....until alyssa decides to pull them apart
6 p.m. I leave to share my talent and perform an act of service for my dear friend, Candida, who does a lot for me....her entire extended family is in town, so I snap some family picts of them
7pm home again, i eat a yummy chilled cupcake
7:30 pm scriptures, jammies, teeth, prayer...night night kiddos
8:15 pm. computer on...look at candida family picts, chat with linda online
9pm work on kirk picts (I only do service/family picts on Sunday, not any paid work)

Saturday

7:31 a.m. wake up to a tapping sound...look on the floor and see alyssa (awake) tapping her foot on the wall....roll over and sleep for another 20 minutes
7:50 a.m. the boys come. into our room and find alyssa on the floor...michael and i lay there and watch
8 a.m. we get out of bed (wow we slept in)
8:10 we begin preparations for our breakfast jamboree (we do this every saturday morning, michael cooks either pancakes or crepes)
8:15 a.m. i cut up ham, shred cheese, wash blueberries, strawberries, make cream cheese mixture
8:30 a.m. we eat yummy crepes...the kids love 'em with chocolate (nutella) and i was enjoying the heavenly fruit/cream cheese
9 a.m. we chill around the house...clean up a bit..michael makes clay animals with clay
11 a.m. Michael goes on a bike ride
12 I go for a run (still kinda full from the morning crepes)
1:15 shower and get ready
2 p.m. leave to drive to our friends lakehouse
3:10 p.m. arrive at the Cox Family Lakehouse
3:30 p.m. michael helps attach siding while we swim
4:30 michael joins us and we pull out 2 mini sail boats
5 p.m. michael, me, alyssa, tyler, and matthew ride on our own little sail boat... michael with brief explanations by bro. cox remembers learing how to sail from his cubscout days, so we take off on our own.....really fun but the kids were done after 15 minutes.
5:30 p.m. we swim around the lake more boys play on rafts and get thrown by michael
7p.m. we head out...stop at Whataburger for dinner and Exxon gas and get drinks
8:30 p.m. we arrive home, kids go to bed, I work on my lesson for next day, we watch a movie, A Good Year. Briefly on the computer during movie...chat with Linda about Rich
11:30 p.m. I head to H.E.B. to return movies and buy diapers for alyssa
11:50 p.m. Michael counsils me on frustrations about things outside of our family...its hard to sleep
