my mom stays home from church with her
easy low key Sacrament Meeting:)
Tyler sat with Great Grandpa and sang the hymns with him
Ward Conference--Lights sit on their own bench
Stacy takes my grandma around church since I'm in Primary and my mom is home
Shows her to R.S. and even introduces her for me:)
I teach sharing time in front of stake primary...no biggy:)
Teach on bible stories
Rush home
quick clean
Set out food
Lights and Steeds come over for lunch to get to know my grandparents
nice chatting: Food storage, story of my ancestors joining the church, church history
2 michael home from his meeting, last hour of chatting
alyssa sick on my lap and sleeping in my bed...warm, won't eat medicine.
3:30 friends head out
4 mom and grandparents say goodbye...the boys really had a nice time with them, special to have them here.
hurry and get stuff ready to for great to be 8...I should have beent thinking about this!

5:02 scurry in, trim the program with paper cutter and pass 'em out
conduct Great to be 8
short and sweet...each parent said something special/unique about their child

7 alyssa sleeping on couch, boys and I eat dinner...fun chat with boys being silly and michael
tylers tooth needs to come out, so we begin the drama
30 minutes later, the tooth is out and he is sipping on cold water
front and center tooth...big hole there now!

Saturday
cold and rainy
tyler and matthew play board games with great grandpa (sequence)
Grandma and grandpa talk to me about family history while I type it out
michael and grandpa fix the backyard fence while tyler and matthew watch and help
2 alyssa goes to ashlee's princess party
rest of us go out to eat at Logan's
4:30 get alyssa, invited in for cake
5 home, michael out with bishopric and stake presidency on visits
7 michael and i go to ward adult fireside
great talks: President Brown talked about counciling with his children and asking them to "bring their scriptures" also thought about a yearly family scripture as a theme on a plaque and have many throughout the years
9home, mom at HEB shopping for us
10 all to bed

Friday
Tyler to school
make chocolate ganache strawberry cake for party tonight
matthew not feeling well
lounge around here with everyone
to Sams to stock up on stuff
1 get tyler early at school
to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for lunch
visit Michael at work...matthew asleep in van on mom's shoulder, they stay in van
back home again
michael get bags of mulch
mulch the yard with tyler
the rain comes down
7 valentines party at the Bean's house...michael and I head out
dinner, chatting, dancing with friends
11 home, sleep

Thursday--Valentines Day
6:30 up, spread out balloons, start making heart shaped french toast
boys up a few minutes later walking out with big smiles on their faces
valentines table cloth and red dishes...fun breakfast:)
make tyler's heart and love themed lunch
take him to school
girls valentines party at Baird's
dash home
mom and grandparents arrive
leave kids with them
to tyler's school
decorate room and help tyler pass out valentines while the rest of his class is at recess
fun one on one time with him
